A Tithe Barn wedding – Just the loveliest chilled out couple and a bouncy castle (well why the hell not?).
Emily and Matt married at the Tithe Barn in Petersfield yesterday. This stunning and historic traditional barn venue is pretty on any day, but on a sunny day in July, well it is stunning. The grounds around the barn are perfect for your drinks reception, mingling with your guests and of course gorgeous couple shots in the afternoon and group shots before your reception banquet. The barn situated on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and the surrounding countryside is breathtaking. It is difficult to imagine a more picturesque setting.
Delighted the sun was shining and the day is dry, I could not wait to see Matt and Emily again. It seemed only a matter of days before the wedding we had shot their engagement shoot in the grounds of Tithe. Emily surrounded by family and her gorgeous maids got ready at the rather lovely Wallops Wood cottages in Droxford. The way the cottages have a walkway at the side made doing a rather special first look for Emily and her Dad so much fun! The pictures are not only gorgeous, but I know the maids were weeping happy tears in one of the rooms nearby as they watched the whole capture beautifully unfold.
It’s best if you look at the pictures as they tell the whole story, beautifully. A beautiful wedding dress, pretty DIY’d shoes with gorgeous blue bow, beautiful flowers from the lovely Louise Avery. Three lovely (cheeky) bridesmaids in beautiful peachy pink wrap dresses. Chic country vintage styling combined with beautiful florals, what more can a girlie girl wish for.
Thank you so much Matt and and Emily for your kindness, your welcome, and of course your trust.
Thank you to Sam and the lovely Tithe ladies of course, your event planning is always faultless. I had an amazing day. Tasha x
